Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of Commercial Agreements: including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts. Conduct due diligence and assist with Corporate Document Matters: including the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex business deals. Advise clients on Compliance: Keep in check and up to date with Federal and state Corporate laws and regulatory requirements.
