Elite Sourcing is seeking experienced corporate attorneys with at least 4 years experience for a local firm. These positions have a pay range of $165K-$200K+. A candidate for one of these positions must have: Minimum 4 years experience with: general business and corporate law, and securities Ability to draft clear and concise legal documents, including contracts and agreements Experience with complex business matters Experience with some international business matters Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures Excellent negotiation skills to effectively represent the company's interests If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for corporate law, we would love to hear from you.
