We’re partnering with a VAULT 25/Am Law 25 firm seeking a Mid-Level Corporate M&A associate to join its Chambers USA Elite - ranked corporate practice in Atlanta . The firm seeks a corporate attorney with 3–5 years of experience (max sixth-year) . Candidates should have excellent academic credentials and significant experience in sophisticated public and private M&A deals, as well as general corporate and governance matters from a large law firm. Ideal associates will have worked on strategic M&A deals averaging ~$500M and have some exposure to cross-border transactions. The firm is considering local candidates and attorneys open to relocating to Atlanta, especially from larger markets.
