We will consider candidates in multiple locations within the U.S. Our team serves as trusted strategic advisors on all aspects of antitrust and competition law: counseling the business, supporting complex M&A transactions, managing government investigations, and driving global compliance efforts. Your Impact Provide strategic antitrust advice and counsel on all aspects of antitrust and competition law Assist in managing responses to agency requests and discovery in litigation Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal sales and M&A Support compliance efforts, including by creating and delivering training and crafting compliance tools for Cisco's global legal and business teams Monitor and advise regarding legal developments in the field of antitrust and competition law Identify and pilot the use of AI tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the in-house legal team's workflows Minimum Qualifications Candidates should possess 5 + years of leg
