A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel, Product & Intellectual Property to provide legal support across product, engineering, intellectual property, and commercial matters. Key Responsibilities Provide legal counsel to product, engineering, and business teams on product development, launch, and lifecycle matters Advise on intellectual property issues, including patents, licensing, and related strategy Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial, technology, and product-related agreements Required Qualifications Juris Doctor from an accredited law school Active bar membership and good standing in at least one jurisdiction Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal practice experience Experience supporting intellectual property, product counseling, or technology transactions Strong understanding of contracts and general commercial legal principles
