Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility Working closely with senior governance professionals, you will support boards, committees, and legal entities across our Americas portfolio. Your responsibilities will include drafting board materials, coordinating meeting logistics, and managing follow-up actions to ensure governance activities run smoothly. You will maintain entity records, support required filings across multiple jurisdictions, and engage regularly with internal partners and external service providers to resolve governance matters. Additionally, you will contribute to team initiatives and process improvements, helping shape how we deliver governance support. Salary range for this position: $95,000- $115,000/Yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
