Dallas, TX | Competitive Compensation A publicly traded company is seeking a Corporate Paralegal / Legal Assistant to support its legal and finance teams in a fast-paced, transaction-heavy environment . What You’ll Do Support corporate, financing, and lending transactions Prepare and manage credit agreements, UCC filings, and closing documents Coordinate with outside counsel on corporate and banking matters Maintain entity management and corporate governance records Track deal timelines, filings, and key deliverables Partner with internal stakeholders across finance and operations What They’re Looking For 3–7+ years of relevant experience Background in corporate, finance, or banking transactions Law firm or public company experience strongly preferred Highly organized with strong attention to detail Able to manage multiple priorities independently Why This Role Direct exposure to sophisticated transactions High visibility across legal and executive teams Strong growth potential within a public company environment Interested candidates should submit a resume to Daria Ruiz (druiz@saltulegal.com).
