New River Electrical Corporation seeks a Corporate Paralegal to support our Legal & Regulatory Compliance team in the construction-focused utility and industrial markets. In this role, you will draft, review, and organize contracts, subcontracts, and change orders; assist with regulatory and licensing filings; support corporate governance and entity management; and help maintain compliance with safety, labor, and construction-related regulations. You will coordinate with project, safety, and finance teams, manage document control, track deadlines, and support claims, investigations, and outside counsel, all within our collaborative, safety-focused culture.
