Our client is a nonprofit organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of intergenerational homelessness by providing housing, programs, and advocacy to vulnerable populations. Through services like crisis housing, trauma-informed care, and ongoing support for program participants, they aim to equip individuals and families not only with housing, but with tools to become permanently self-sufficient. They are seeking a Corporate Partnerships Manager to join their diverse, passionate, mission-oriented team. This is a meaningful opportunity for a driven fundraising professional to manage and grow a robust portfolio of corporate partners, generate revenue through sponsorships and strategic giving, and play a central role in advancing the organization’s mission. This is an in-person role based out of the organization’s Santa Monica and/or El Segundo offices. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate giving strategy encompassing sponsorships, corporate foundation grants, and employee-driven philanthropy programs Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of corporate partners; convert one-time supporters into recurring annual partners through thoughtful engagement and relationship management Conduct proactive prospect research to identify mission-aligned companies, understand their CSR priorities, and develop targeted outreach strategies Collaborate with the Institutional Giving and Grants teams to align strategy, avoid duplication, and maximize funding opportunities Design tailored partnership packages integrating brand visibility, social impact, and employee engagement opportunities such as volunteer activations and site visits Lead planning and execution of signature fundraising events, securing sponsorships and ensuring strong donor stewardship before, during, and after each event Meet or exceed annual fundraising targets, maintain an accurate pipeline, and provide regular reporting to development leadership Qualifications: 4-6 years of fundraising experience with a demonstrated track record in corporate partnerships, sponsorships, or nonprofit development — strong fundraising instincts are essential Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred, but not required Proven ability to build and manage corporate relationships, navigate organizational structures, and align giving opportunities to partner goals Experience managing fundraising events from concept through execution, including securing sponsorships and coordinating corporate engagement Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences Proficiency with donor management systems (Salesforce preferred) and familiarity with prospect research tools such as Instrumentl Collaborative self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Genuine passion for the mission of ending homelessness; existing relationships in the LA-area corporate philanthropy or CSR community are a plus Compensation : Targeting a base salary of $75-$85k (DOE), with merit increases and performance-based incentives available
