Job Description
AP Executive Staffing (APX) is partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization in the Buffalo area to identify a Recruiter who is passionate about connecting people with long-term career opportunities and creating a strong candidate experience from start to finish. This is a highly visible opportunity within a collaborative and people-focused environment where the Recruiter will play a key role in supporting hiring efforts across multiple departments, helping attract top talent, and building strong relationships throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across manufacturing, engineering, operations, administrative, and professional-level positions Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, job boards, and community outreach efforts Conduct phone screens and interviews while ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Coordinate interview scheduling and assist with onboarding/new hire integration activities Support employer branding and recruiting initiatives within the local market Develop relationships with local colleges, trade schools, and workforce development organizations Qualifications: Prior recruiting experience required, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or technical environments Experience managing multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and internal teams Professional, adaptable, and proactive approach Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
