Performance Driven Workforce is now hiring for Full Time Recruiters. This position is responsible for recruiting and hiring candidates in a timely manner while following the agreed upon procedures. Responsibilities and Duties: Provide initial contact to candidates, follow up with candidates to sign offer and onboarding documents, and scheduling and confirming testing. Follow ups include three contact attempts before rejecting candidates. Manage and document all communication with candidates. Work with the human resources department to ensure the candidate goes through the hiring process smoothly and timely. Ensure regulatory aspects of the full cycle recruitment process is compliant with federal and state legislation. Update HRIS. Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, churches, senior centers, employment agencies, etc. and providing company information and opportunities. Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses and ensuring qualifications to job requirements. Locate and document where to find ideal candidates. Aid public relations in establishing a recognizable employer of choice reputation for the company, both internally and externally Requirements: Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone. Must be able to travel locally as necessary Must have reliable transportation PDW Headquarters located in Dearborn, MI. Must be willing to travel between locations as needed.
