Job Description & Requirements Specialty Physical Therapist Discipline Therapy Duration 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a 60; Physical Therapist to work at a Correctional Facility in 60; Lawrenceville, Virginia. 60; These are 60; registry positions with our company. Pay Rate : $60 / hour *W2 Job Details: Days Mon-Fri 60;8:00am – 4:30pm Requirements: At least one year (12 months) of experience as a 60;Physical Therapist A valid and current 60; Therapist III license issued by the State of 60; Virginia A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association) Job Responsibilities: Develops, implements, and evaluates professionally competent, comprehensive individual and group treatment programs for all medically referred patients. Performs advanced leadership skills in provision and coordination of patient care, departmental projects and committees. Participates and initiates educational, administrative, managerial, and quality control duties as assigned. Performs professionally competent physical therapy treatment programs and related documentation on all assigned patient programs efficiently and timely. Participates with other members of the health care team to achieve maximum patient benefit and efficiency. Participates in and contributes to educational programs. Serves as a Clinical Instructor for various levels of physical therapist and/or physical therapist assistant students as assigned.
