The position oversees PREA training, supports investigations, coordinates the facility’s response efforts, and prepares all documentation required for audits. This position supervises the facilities Emergency Management and Preparedness Coordinator and is responsible for ensuring the facility meets all fire safety standards, participates in safety inspections, and supports emergency preparedness planning, training, and audit readiness. This includes coordinating with internal and external inspectors, monitoring compliance, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented. The role is also responsible for guiding facility operations by managing policy development, chairing the General Order Review Committee, and ensuring staff remain aligned with current procedures and standa
