Potential to work events such as weddings and/or prom. Manage retail sales by recommending products and conducting product demos to enhance client results and satisfaction. Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in accordance with industry regulations; ensure all tools and workspaces are properly sanitized. Utilize salon software to schedule appointments, update client records, and manage front desk responsibilities efficiently. Assist with guest services at the front desk by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. Stay current on industry trends and other beauty techniques to provide innovative services. Skills Proven expertise in cosmetology with a current license. Strong management skills to handle appointment scheduling and client flow efficiently. Excellent communication skills to connect confidently with clients and team members alike. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude that makes every guest feel valued. Attention to sanitation standards ensuring a safe environment for clients and staff.
