Cosmetologist Hair Stylist

Job Summary We are seeking a creative and passionate Hair Stylist to join our holistic and unified team. The ideal addition to the salon is a licensed cosmetologist with a strong drive for continuing education in the field, the ability to provide exceptional customer service, and enhance a client's overall experience by sometimes thinking out side of the box. They also consider professionalism and cleanliness important and work well with other co-stylists. Responsibilities Provide professional hair styling services including cutting and coloring. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and work areas in accordance with health regulations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice on styles and treatments. Foster a positive environment that encourages repeat business through excellent customer service. Experience Valid cosmetology license is required. Proven experience as a Hair Stylist. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Knowledge of current trends in hair styling is encouraged. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to achieve individual goals.
