COTA - Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Home Health, King, NC ( Local or & Travel) 13 weeks Shift: M-F , 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week On-call info: On-call required if requested- on-call needs are subject to change based on staff and branch needs Patient Service Area: Surry County and Stokes County Guaranteed Hours: 0 hours Productivity Units: 30 units Qualifications: HCHB, Oasis, and HH experience required Skills Basic knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury - Required Current CPR certification - Required Good organizational and communication skills and the ability to function with minimal supervision - Required Minimum 6 Months Experience - Required Current licensure/certification in the state of practice - Required Education Graduated after successful completion of an occupational therapy assistant education program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education, (ACOTE) of the American Occupational Therapy Association, Inc. (AOTA) or its successor organizations.
