The Palace Bowling & Entertainment Center is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused team member to join our Front Counter / Check-In staff.This role is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a key role in delivering a fun, welcoming, and efficient experience for everyone who walks through our doors.Responsibilities Greet customers and assist with lane check-ins and reservations Operate POS system to process payments and transactions Answer questions and provide information about pricing, events, and promotions Manage lane assignments and monitor bowling activity Assist with shoe rentals and basic equipment needs Maintain a clean and organized front counter area Handle customer concerns in a professional and positive manner Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer/POS system skills Reliable and punctual Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred (Not Required) Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or entertainment venues Experience handling cash and customer transactions Work Environment Fast-paced, high-energy entertainment setting Frequent interaction with customers of all ages Standing for extended periods Pay Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Why Work at The Palace?
