Counter Sales AssociateLocation:Williston, NDPay:$20-$30 per hour (+Bonus Potential) Overview We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Associate.In this role, you'll provide exceptional service to customers, assist them with purchases, and ensure a positive experience at our sales counter.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and has a passion for sales and customer service.Key Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and assist them in finding products to meet their needs.Provide outstanding in-person and phone-based customer service.Establish, maintain, and grow customer accounts using customer call and growth sheets.Review daily sales numbers and goals with the Location Manager.Qualify customers for the proper product fit, style, and service.Coordinate with the Service Department Supervisor to fulfill customer requests.Maintain accurate and complete work orders, including:VIN numbers & contact information, Vehicle details and mileage, service notes and customer status updates Ensure outside billing and payment processes are coded and completed accurately.Offer and assist customers with in-house credit card applications (CFNA card) upon approval.Complete national account and government paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.Uphold proper margins while ensuring all procedures are followed correctly.Qualifications & Skills Strong sales and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and close sales.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.Experience in retail, electronics, or technical sales preferred.Cash handling experience is a plus.Equal Opportunity Employer Midwest Staffing Group & KeyStaff Professionals prohibits discrimination against any employee or applicant for employment on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, age, sex, national origin, ancestry, marital status, familial status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran status, genetic information, status with regard to public assistance, or any other protected characteristic under applicable state, federal, or local laws.#IND3 Job Type:Full-time Pay:$22.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
