Picacho Hills Country Club is seeking a professional, friendly, and dependable Server to join our hospitality team. This position plays an important role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests by providing attentive service in a warm, welcoming, and polished club environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, delivering meals accurately and efficiently, maintaining knowledge of menu offerings, processing payments, and ensuring dining areas remain clean and well-presented throughout service. Servers are expected to provide high-quality customer service, anticipate guest needs, and represent the club with professionalism at all times. This role may include service in the main dining room, lounge/bar areas, outdoor patio dining, member events, and special club functions as needed. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required based on club operations and event schedules. Compensation: $4.95 per hour plus tips Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is personable, reliable, team-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Previous serving experience is preferred, but a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to exceptional service are equally valued.
