Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and dependable Courier to join our dynamic delivery team.Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure timely deliveries, positive customer interactions, and the smooth operation of our logistics process.This position offers an exciting opportunity to be an essential part of our fast-paced delivery network, helping us meet the needs of our clients efficiently and professionally.Responsibilities Safely operate a box truck or commercial vehicle with manual transmission to deliver goods across designated routes.Load and unload packages using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts, ensuring proper handling of heavy or fragile items.Follow specified routes accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of punctuality and reliability.Provide exceptional customer service by greeting recipients professionally, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction upon delivery.Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety standards are met; report any maintenance issues promptly.Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and completion records in accordance with company policies.Assist with warehouse activities when necessary, including inventory management and moving stock within the facility.Experience Prior experience as a delivery driver or courier is highly preferred, especially with route driving responsibilities.Demonstrated ability to lift heavy loads regularly and perform manual labor tasks such as moving boxes or equipment.Warehouse experience is advantageous for understanding loading procedures and safety protocols.Familiarity with forklift operation, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience with box trucks or similar vehicles is desirable.Knowledge of local traffic laws and safe driving practices for heavy vehicles.Join us in delivering excellence!
