As our Cook, you’ll be the go-to expert for preparing and supervising food across all outlets — from the restaurant and café to room service, the employee cafeteria, and banquets. KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES Culinary Craftsman: Prepare and supervise food items with precision, ensuring every dish meets high standards of quality, portioning, and presentation. Kitchen Captain: Lead and assist kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations and consistently deliver high-quality food and service. Solution Strategist: Anticipate challenges and resolve issues proactively to keep kitchen operations running smoothly. Clear Communicator: Share information effectively and address concerns from co-workers and guests with professionalism and clarity. Organization Operator: Keep the kitchen spotless and well-organized, always meeting sanitation and safety standards. Proactive Performer: Take initiative by anticipating needs and acting before issues arise, keeping service seamless. Timekeeper of Taste: Manage time wisely to ensure food preparation and service are prompt and on point. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE At least 1 year of experience, or a culinary graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field. Food Handlers Certification required.
