Covenant Specialist

Position Summary:The Covenants Department addresses compliance with the DCCR's and Design Guidelines for the various community Associations managed per their addendum to their contract.Covenants Specialists perform inspections and work with homeowners to correct inconsistencies with the community standards.Have computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Experience in customer service, working as a team and having time management skills.The ability to multitask, organize and maintain reports is part of the essential functions of the position.Position Requirements:High School Diploma and Valid Driver's License Pay:$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
