This is an entry-level management role designed for someone eager to grow — with the goal of developing into a stronger leader and higher-level operator as the company grows. We’re looking for a part-time Assistant Floor Service Manager to help lead daily floor operations and uphold high hospitality standards. This role is focused on service execution, guest experience, team accountability, and leading by example during service. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, professional under pressure, and passionate about creating a high-energy, high-standard environment for both guests and staff. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry. Strong communication and leadership skills. A passion for providing exceptional guest service. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet. Willingness to work 20 hours a week including weekends, late-nights and holidays.
