Duties Prepare and serve a variety of craft cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend signature drinks or popular options Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accurate billing Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to keep the bar fully equipped Uphold responsible serving practices by checking IDs and adhering to legal alcohol service guidelines Handle customer inquiries promptly, ensuring a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining setting with a minimum of 5 years. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours without sacrificing quality. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math calculations, and drink recipes. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that engages guests effectively. Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures in the beverage industry.
