Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Craft Cannabis Dispensary Manager to lead daily operations at our dispensary.The ideal candidate will oversee staff, manage inventory, ensure compliance with regulations, and deliver exceptional customer service.This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of retail management within the cannabis industry.The Dispensary Manager will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining store standards, and fostering a positive environment for both employees and customers.Responsibilities Lead and supervise dispensary staff, including hiring, training, and performance management Oversee inventory control, purchasing, and stock management to ensure product availability and freshness Manage POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering operations with accuracy and integrity Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals while ensuring compliance with legal regulations Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Coordinate marketing efforts to promote products and increase store traffic Conduct employee orientation, training & development programs to enhance team performance Monitor store operations including merchandising, stocking, pricing, and store presentation Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and assist with budgeting and financial reporting Enforce safety protocols and ensure the store adheres to all local cannabis regulations Experience Proven management experience in retail sales or store management, preferably within the cannabis or related industry Strong background in inventory management, POS systems, cash handling, and retail math Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams and managing shift operations Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Experience in marketing, merchandising, purchasing, and promotional activities within a retail environment Familiarity with employee recruitment, interviewing techniques, payroll processing, and administrative tasks Knowledge of cannabis industry regulations and compliance standards is highly desirable Prior assistant manager or supervisory experience is preferred; leadership qualities are essential for success in this role This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a vibrant dispensary team while ensuring operational excellence.We value candidates who are organized, proactive, customer-focused, and committed to the responsible retailing of cannabis products.Must be credentialed.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$16.50 per hour License/Certification:Credential (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
