Efficiently take and process orders through our drive-thru system, ensuring accuracy and speed. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure quick and accurate preparation of orders. Handle transactions, including cash and credit card payments, with accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drive-thru area. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Uphold our brand standards and adhere to all safety and health guidelines. Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer service. Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends. Basic math skills for handling financial transactions.
