Hawx Pest Control is seeking a Crawlspace Crew Lead to oversee crawlspace moisture control and pest prevention projects for residential and commercial clients. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead a small crew installing vapor barriers, sump pumps, dehumidifiers, and related systems in tight, low-clearance spaces. You’ll inspect crawlspaces, identify pest and moisture issues, ensure high-quality, environmentally responsible work, and coach team members on safety and best practices. As part of our teamwork-driven culture, you’ll interact directly with customers, manage daily tasks, and help protect homes while building your leadership and technical skills.
