As a Comfort Blanket Volunteer with CorsoCare, you can createmhandmade blankets and bring warmth, comfort, and a personal touch to patients during a challenging time. What You’ll Do Create blankets using quilting, knitting, or crocheting techniques Deliver completed blankets to patients in your area, bringing a personal gift of comfort Help brighten patients’ days and provide a tangible reminder that they are cared for Note We ask that supplies for making blankets be donated Why Volunteer Make a meaningful difference in patients’ emotional well-being Flexible – create blankets on your own schedule Share your crafting skills to bring comfort and joy to those in need Requirements Ability to quilt, knit, or crochet Compassion and dedication to creating comfort for patients Completion of volunteer training program (for patient delivery) Background check and TB test Bring warmth, comfort, and a handmade touch to patients – wrap them in care as a CorsoCare Comfort Blanket Volunteer.
