Hybrid / Flexible The Brandy Ole Fashion Show is a new live entertainment concept blending vintage-style music, Midwest humor, storytelling, audience interaction, and supper club glam into an immersive cabaret-style experience. I am currently looking for a creative, motivated, and organized assistant to help grow the brand through content creation, live event support, marketing, and creative development leading into upcoming performances and future productions. The goal is to continue growing the brand throughout Wisconsin, starting primarily within a couple hours of the Green Bay area, while developing both intimate supper club-style shows and larger-scale productions tailored to different venues and audiences. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in entertainment, social media, live events, branding, photography/video, or creative production experience while helping build an original entertainment brand from the ground up. Responsibilities May Include Assisting with social media content and scheduling Capturing photo/video content during rehearsals and events Helping create promotional materials and branding content Assisting with event preparation and live show logistics Brainstorming creative concepts, audience engagement ideas, and sponsorship opportunities Helping organize projects, communication, and behind-the-scenes production tasks Assisting with Canva design work, editing, and promotional campaigns Ideal Candidate: Creative, dependable, and self-motivated Comfortable working independently and collaboratively Interested in entertainment, music, events, social media, or production Organized, adaptable, and willing to help build something unique Experience with Canva, photography, video editing, or content creation is a plus, but not required Position Details: Flexible, approximately 5–15 hours per week depending on projects, bookings, and events Combination of remote work and occasional in-person work in the Green Bay area Compensation is project and booking-based rather than a traditional hourly position Earnings may include event-based pay, booking percentages, bonuses for assistance, and growth opportunities as the brand expands Excellent opportunity to gain hands-on entertainment, marketing, and production experience while building your portfolio This position is ideal for someone excited about creativity, live entertainment, content creation, and helping grow a unique entertainment brand from the early stages.
