Roster manages the hiring process for the top global creators and brands. Andrew Levitt, a rising YouTube lifestyle and comedy creator, is on the hunt for their Producer / Right Hand to help take his channel to the next level! We're helping him fill this position. If you're obsessed with social media, YouTube, and the creator space — and you're ready to roll up your sleeves and build something great — this is the right role for you. Requirements: You're deeply plugged into YouTube and social media culture — you know what every major creator and streamer is doing without having to look it up You're highly organized, proactive, and can manage a production schedule without being micromanaged You're a strong communicator who can coordinate talent, friends, and third parties with professionalism and discretion You can think creatively and resourcefully — if the bit calls for a custom cake artist or a secretly rented movie theater, you figure it out Experience producing YouTube videos start-to-finish (even your own channel) is a big plus Familiarity with Notion for project and task management is preferred Based in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles (creator is moving there in August) is a bonus Responsibilities: Own the production schedule — lock shoot dates, hold deadlines, and keep the channel posting consistently Source whatever each video concept needs: locations, props, costumes, specialty vendors, custom builds Find and secure shoot locations, from restaurant patios to rental movie theaters Coordinate friends, talent, and unsuspecting participants — scheduling pranks, briefing insiders, and keeping the bit airtight Handle talent and shoot logistics from start to finish, keeping everyone on the same page Assist with hiring when additional crew is needed, including writing job forms and reviewing applicants Anticipate what the next video needs before it's asked This is a part-time role built for someone ready to grow alongside a creator with serious momentum.
