Job Description
Pay Range: $30/hr. - $35/hr. Responsibilities: Project Coordination & Workflow Track creative projects at various stages across events, branding, video, print, and social Maintain project management tools (Asana) Own timelines, task lists, and delivery checkpoints Coordinate internal reviews and gather feedback from stakeholders Creative Operations Intake requests from internal teams and partners using standard templates Prepare and format creative briefs in collaboration with the Head of Creative Manage shared folders, asset libraries, file naming conventions, and archives Coordinate print production, media exports, and file prep as needed Support deck production for live presentations (event slides, lower thirds, file tests) Liaise with AV and event teams to ensure creative assets are tech-ready Create checklists and rehearse-ready packages for speakers and internal team The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, and paid holidays annually as applicable.
