Creative Services Project Manager

We are seeking a talented and motivated Creative Services Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Oversee the development and execution of various design projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and project goals. Manage project timelines and budgets, providing clear direction to internal and external resources. Act as a liaison between clients and the creative team to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle. Engage with cross-functional teams to produce relevant and targeted content that resonates with diverse audiences. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and quality control processes throughout all stages of project development. Skills Bachelor’s degree in administration, communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in project management within an advertising agency or internal creative department. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and client relations. Preferred Skills Experience with project management software and tools to streamline workflows. Familiarity with metrics and data analysis to inform decision-making and track project progress. Knowledge of the creative process and experience in the medical device or healthcare industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and cloud-based collaboration tools.
