Organization: eStar Training Non-Clinical Job Summary: This role is primarily responsible for facilitating and delivering virtual instructor‑led training, with a core focus on Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) and Professional Billing (PB) applications. The position is heavily presentation‑focused, with approximately 4–5 days per week dedicated to leading training sessions, guiding learners through workflows, and supporting end‑user adoption. While the initial emphasis will be on HB/PB training, there is opportunity for cross‑credentialing in additional applications, with the expectation that the trainer will become fully cross‑trained and capable of facilitating all assigned classes. During non‑training time, the role includes administrative and coordination responsibilities, such as maintaining class rosters, monitoring attendance, communicating with fellow trainers and end users, and supporting overall training operations. This role does not focus on training content development. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm CST Preferred Skills & Experience Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience delivering virtual instructor‑led training (VILT) At least 2 years of hands‑on experience using Microsoft 365 applications, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Teams Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) and/or Professional Billing (PB) certification Healthcare industry experience Billing and revenue cycle management experience Epic system experience Experience creating and editing instructional content using Camtasia Key Responsibilities Delivers orientation, on-boarding, and career ladder pathway training for all staff. Administers classroom evaluations and provides course updates to management. Uses software programs to develop learning materials. Applies strategies of adult learning as well as appropriate instructional strategies to optimize learning. Ensures that all material is current and distributes updated material to participants. Available to train all necessary classes, including some weekend and after hours classes. Follows all required facilitator notes and procedures. Consults as needed for special projects that require knowledge of computerized applications or processes that affect patient care and or new implementation.
