Job Title:Credit Assistant - Large Block Manufacturing Company.Location:Stanton, CA (On-Site) Pay Range:$20 - $25 hourly - Based on experience Duration:Direct Hire About the Role:ORCO Block & Hardscape is seeking a detail-oriented Credit Assistant to join our finance team in Stanton.This role is a perfect fit for a professional who enjoys the technical side of construction finance--specifically managing lien law compliance--while providing high-quality service to our customers.You will work within our CRM Dynamics and Kinetics environment to ensure account accuracy and the smooth processing of preliminary notices, releases, and general customer support.Key Responsibilities Lien & Compliance:Take the lead on processing Preliminary Notices and executing Conditional/Unconditional Waivers and Releases.Customer Service:Act as a proactive point of contact for billing inquiries, account reconciliations, and assisting clients with online payment tools.Light Collections:Manage soft-touch collections to resolve past-due accounts while maintaining strong, professional relationships.System Management:Maintain accurate digital records within CRM Dynamics and assist with the daily workflow in Kinetics.Qualifications Experience:2years in credit, collections, or AR, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.Knowledge:Solid understanding of California Preliminary Notice requirements and the lien release process.Software:Proficiency in Microsoft CRM Dynamics and Office 365.Experience with Kinetics is highly preferred.Mindset:A customer-service approach to collections and a high degree of attention to detail.Only applicants with these skills need to apply.We are an equal opportunity employer Great Benefits:Including Vacation, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Profit Sharing.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Vision insurance Ability to Commute:Stanton, CA 90680 (Required) Work Location:In person.
