As we grow our lending division, we're looking for a motivated Credit Support Associate to join our team someone hungry to learn, grow, and build a real career in real estate finance. About the Role This is an entry-level opportunity built for someone ready to learn the business from the ground up. No prior experience in loans or finance is required just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to grow. You'll start part-time and, as you develop your skills and take on more responsibility, transition into a full-time role with expanded opportunities within the company. What You'll Do Assist with collecting and organizing loan documents including income verification, bank statements, credit reports, and title packages Help set up and maintain loan files, keeping everything accurate and up to date Communicate with clients, escrow officers, title companies, and vendors under the guidance of senior team members Track file progress and follow up on outstanding items to keep deals moving Learn loan origination software and internal systems (full training provided) Support the team with administrative and client-facing tasks as needed What We're Looking For No prior mortgage or loan experience required we will train the right person. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Good written and verbal communication Comfortable working in a fast-paced, real-world office environment Basic computer proficiency (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) Genuine interest in real estate, lending, or finance What We Offer Paid part-time position with a clear path to full-time with per-file bonus.
