Duties Prepare and cook a variety of crepes using established recipes and techniques, ensuring quality and consistency. Decorate and garnish crepes with fresh ingredients, toppings, and fillings to create visually appealing dishes. Package finished products efficiently for dine-in or take-out orders, maintaining presentation standards. Assist in food production tasks such as mixing batter, portioning ingredients, and maintaining prep stations. Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures at all times. Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Support the team with general kitchen duties including cleaning workstations, organizing supplies, and assisting with catering or special events when needed. Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, baking, or pastry arts is highly desirable; culinary or restaurant experience is a plus. Strong knife skills and familiarity with food handling safety protocols are essential. Knowledge of cake decorating, food presentation, and packaging techniques will be advantageous. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service. Kitchen experience within the food industry or catering environment is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key! Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably.
