Job OverviewDeckPro LLC Deck Tech DeckPro LLC, Blackfoot, ID (serving Southeast Idaho from Pocatello to Island Park and everywhere in between) is looking for a crew lead (Deck Tech in our speak) for immediate hire.We're looking for a solid Crew Lead to take charge of our deck construction crew based out of Blackfoot.We need you to be able to bring our custom outdoor construction projects to life.You'll lead a small team (2-4) on-site, make sure everything gets built to customer specificiations, on time, and to DeckPro's exacting standards.If you thrive on leading by example, take pride in your work, solving issues on the fly, and tu;rning homeowner's backyard dreams into reality, then this is the job for you.What you'll be doing Lead and supervise your crew daily; assign tasks, keep everyong on track, motivate your team, working alongside them, keep to schedule Read plans, blueprints, measure precisely and accurately, execute high-quality deck installs using materials like Trex, TimberTech, Fiberon, and wood products Handle on-site problem solving independently Maintain organization:mange tools, materials, job site cleanliness, daily progress, daily reports Deliver top-notch customer service:communicate clearly with customers, answer questions, manage expectations, and leave every site better than you found it Ensure meet works code, DeckPro standards Ensure everyone works safely Pay:From $16.00 per hour Benefits:Paid training People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Application Question(s):What does it mean to you to have pride in your work?
