Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Crew Leader/Driver to join our team. You must possess a valid drivers and a CLEAN driving record. No more than 3 points are allowed. In this role, you will lead a crew responsible for delivering landscaping and maintenance services while ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met. You will be the driving force behind smooth operations, supervising team members, managing equipment, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Drive and supervise a crew of landscaping and maintenance technicians to complete projects efficiently within in our standards. Safely operate company vehicles, including trucks and trailers, ensuring compliance with all traffic and safety regulations Coordinate daily schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress of employees Perform landscape maintenance tasks Oversee quality workmanship and that safety protocols are followed Provide guidance on general landscape enhancement techniques Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies; ensure proper maintenance and safe operation at all times Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to obtain necessary licenses or certifications as required Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care or related fields with a strong understanding of how to drive a trucks and trailers Crew leading experience teams in outdoor construction environments Knowledge of general landscape maintenance Ability to operate landscaping machinery and vehicles safely and efficiently Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members Join us if you’re passionate about outdoor environments and eager to lead a dedicated team!
