Job Description
OverviewSalad Station Monroe is seeking an experienced, hands-on Crew Leader to lead our team and uphold our Fresh, Full, Clean, Kind brand standards.The General Manager will oversee daily operations, scheduling, and labor management, while ensuring exceptional food quality and guest service.Duties Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and kitchen functions Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality standards and consistency in culinary offerings Manage POS system for efficient order processing and cash handling Supervise staff training, development, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team Control inventory levels, and implement effective inventory control procedures Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with health codes Oversee daily operations and team members to meet customer demand.Handle customer service issues promptly to uphold the restaurant's reputation for excellence Coordinate catering, as needed Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes for new team members.Ideal Candidate:Proven leadership experience in food service or quick-service restaurants Strong attention to detail and operational consistency Excellent communication and team-building skills Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working side-by-side with the team This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to help lead a vibrant restaurant operation.The successful candidate will bring passion for the food industry, exceptional management skills, and a commitment to delivering memorable dining experiences.Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$10.00 - $12.00 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Work Location:In person.
