Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Crew Leader specializing in siding, windows, and doors to join our dynamic construction team. MUST HAVE HIS OWN INSURANCE , W9 Payment . Must be Billigual (English and Spanish) In this role, you will lead a crew of skilled tradespeople to deliver high-quality exterior and interior renovation projects. Your leadership will ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all aspects of siding, window, and door installation while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Duties Must be bilingual (English , Spanish ) Lead . work and supervise a team of installers on residential and commercial siding, windows and doors projects from start to finish. Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely project completion. Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively on-site. Conduct quality control inspections during and after installations to guarantee client satisfaction. Manage heavy lifting tasks, material handling, and site organization for optimal workflow efficiency. Communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution. Qualifications Proven experience in construction site leadership with a focus on siding, windows, or doors installation. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, roofing tools, welding equipment, tile laying tools, and other fabrication devices. Familiarity with related trades such as carpentry (trim carpentry), metal stud framing, concrete forming, restoration work, drywall finishing (caulking), framing carpentry, heavy lifting procedures, and remodeling practices. Ability to read technical schematics and understand construction plans for diverse projects. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team while maintaining safety standards. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed. Handyman experience or background in construction estimating is a plus.
