614 Pools is a local, growing pool service company based in Hilliard, OH.We're looking for an experienced, reliable Crew Leader to help run field operations and mentor our junior technicians through a high-volume spring-fall season.This is more than a technician role -- it's a stepping stone into service management for the right person.What you'll doLead a crew of technicians through daily pool maintenance routesTest and balance pool water chemistry; oversee equipment inspections, minor repairs, and seasonal openings and closingsTrain and support junior technicians in proper techniques, safety standards, and customer serviceInspect pumps, filters, and circulation systems; identify issues before they become bigger problemsMaintain accurate daily records of maintenance, repairsManage tools, supplies, and truck What we're looking forMinimum 2 years of experience in pool maintenance, trades, or a related fieldPrior leadership experience -- crew lead, team lead, or supervisory role preferredSolid understanding of water chemistry, pool equipment, and cleaning proceduresComfortable using hand tools and power tools; able to troubleshoot mechanical issuesStrong communicator who can motivate a team and represent the company well with customersDependable, punctual, and able to thrive working outdoors in all weather conditionsValid driver's license required Pay:$30.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits:Company truck Paid training Tools provided Work Location:In person.
