Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include preparing food items, taking orders, and assisting customers to create a positive dining experience. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen equipment and dining spaces. Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Handle cash transactions and perform basic math for order processing. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations in a quick-service environment. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Experience Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant, café, or grocery store is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic culinary skills are beneficial for food preparation roles. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this position.
