Crew Member (Part-Time) – Immediate Start Cold Stone Creamery – Riverside, CA Location: 2585 Canyon Springs Pkwy, Ste G, Riverside, CA 92507 Pay: $20/hour + daily cash tips Cold Stone Creamery is hiring reliable, high-energy crew members who are ready to start immediately. With hot weather approaching, we are preparing for a busy summer season and are looking for team members who can handle increased demand and flexible scheduling. Responsibilities Prepare and serve ice cream, cakes, and specialty treats Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately Greet customers promptly and professionally Deliver excellent customer service—selling ice cream is all about great energy, politeness, and connection Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store Requirements: Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation Strong communication skills and team-player attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Must obtain a valid Riverside County Food Handler Card Weekend availability is mandatory (deal breaker) Must be flexible with seasonal scheduling needs Scheduling Expectations: Minimal shifts on weekdays and during cold or rainy weather Heavier scheduling during summer, including daily shifts as needed Evening shifts primarily from 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM What We Offer: $20/hour + daily cash tips (tips vary by shift) Part-time hours averaging 15–20 per week Maximum of 25 hours per week Employee discounts Supportive team environment Opportunity to advance into a Shift Leader role with higher pay Applicants who can start immediately and meet the availability requirements will be prioritized.
