Company Description Dazian, established in 1842, is a leading source for innovative textiles, rental drapery, and custom fabric solutions across industries such as Entertainment, Theatrical, Event, Retail, and Architecture.We specialize in products like IFR & FR stage fabrics, scenic backdrops, projection screens, and acoustic materials, ensuring reliability and safety with rigorous testing.Our Rental Division offers diverse drapery options for events ranging from galas to exhibitions.With over 180 years of expertise, Dazian is known as a trusted partner for delivering high-quality, creative fabric solutions to transform any setting.Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Crew Member role based in Orlando, FL.The Crew Member will support daily operations, including preparing, setting up, and organizing drapery and fabric materials for events and production needs.Responsibilities include inspecting and maintaining products, assisting in installations, and collaborating with the team to ensure timely and accurate project completion.Qualifications Experience with manual tasks such as setup, assembly, and managing drapery or event equipment.Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Team collaboration and strong communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and clients.Basic knowledge of safety standards, materials handling, and equipment maintenance is an advantage.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Enthusiasm for the entertainment and event production industries is a plus.if you work or have worked in AV/stage/video/drapes we are looking for YOU having your own set of tools is highly desired reliable transportation to get to jobsites pay rate is $100/$200 Pay:$200.00 per day Benefits:Flexible schedule Work Location:In person.
