Crew Member Part-time Job Description: Are you passionate about Rice like we are? Riceby is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Crew Members to become part of our fun, fast-paced, supportive and unabashedly cool team. Crew Members are responsible for providing customers with excellent service experience. Crew Members are required to complete a Food Handler Training Certificate program within 30 days of hire. A Crew Member’s roles and responsibilities include · Greeting customers, taking drive-thru, walk-in, online or phone orders, processing payments and accurately fulfilling customer orders in an efficient and timely manner. · Answering customer questions regarding food products, hours and other inquiries. · Performing food and beverage preparation, assembly and packaging tasks following food safety and hygiene standards. · Maintaining, cleaning and organizing facility work areas, including service areas, kitchen, restroom and storefront. · Assist the Shift Manager in performing opening or closing procedures, depending on shift. About Riceby: Riceby is a fast service, drive thru and takeout only restaurant serving delicious pan-Asian flavors in convenient handheld form factor. Our innovative vision aims to provide a new and healthy alternative to burger and fries for people on the go, and for the first time ever in the Chicago area, our customers will be able to quickly pickup rice balls, rice bowls and Asian sandwiches in a drive-thru on their way to work! Heavily influenced by Filipino, Japanese and Korean cuisines, Riceby's menu features well-loved Asian dishes such as pork belly adobo, beef bulgogi, curry and spring rolls. Requirements: · At least 18 years of age. Qualifications: · Basic business math skills. · Basic computer skills. · Strong teamwork and reliability. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
