Job Title:Crew Member - Short Load Concrete & Landscape Materials Company Name:Landscapes North Pay Range:$30-$35 per hour (Depending on Experience) Employment Type:Full-Time Schedule:Tuesday through Saturday Location:Columbia Falls, MT Type of Construction/Work we perform:Residential Landscape Installation and Design Job Overview Landscapes North is expanding with an exciting new venture:Short Load Concrete, and we're looking for dependable, equipment-savvy Crew Members to help launch and operate this growing division.This role supports concrete batch plant operations, short-load concrete services using customer-rented trailers, and bulk landscape material sales including gravel and soil.This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who is experienced running loaders, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working directly with contractors and homeowners.If you take pride in operating equipment safely, staying productive, and delivering excellent service, this is a strong opportunity to grow with an established and respected company.Who We Are At Landscapes North, we specialize in high-end residential landscape design and installation, creating stunning outdoor spaces that enhance the beauty and value of our clients' homes.Our team is committed to quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction.We provide a supportive work environment, top-tier equipment, competitive pay, and strong benefits -- making us one of the premier landscape employers in the Columbia Falls region.As we expand into short-load concrete and bulk material sales, we're building a team that values safety, precision, and professionalism.Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:Assist with daily operations of the concrete batch plant Operate loaders and other heavy equipment to load trucks and customer trailers Support short-load concrete delivery operations Manage and support bulk material sales (gravel, soil, and related landscape products) Accurately measure, handle, and load materials to ensure correct quantities Provide professional, friendly customer service to contractors and DIY homeowners Maintain clean and organized work areas, tools, and equipment Follow all safety procedures and properly use provided safety equipment Stay productive throughout the workday, completing side tasks during downtime Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs Qualifications Loader and heavy equipment operation experience is required Experience working around or operating a concrete batch plant is preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues Customer service experience and professional communication skills Ability to work independently without constant supervision Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality Ability to lift 50lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license preferred Compensation & Benefits $30-$35 per hour, depending on experience Weekly pay cycle Medical insurance (eligible after 60 days) Paid holidays Uniforms provided Safety equipment provided Overtime potential based on seasonal and project demand Opportunity to grow with a new and expanding division Work Schedule Full-Time Tuesday through Saturday Overtime potential based on workload and season Work Location Columbia Falls, Montana Work performed on-site at yard/material location No routine overnight travel required Equal Employment Opportunity We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other legally protected status.#OHFC25.
