Crew Member

Position Summary: This position is fully accountable for the profitable consistent operations execution of a specific shift designated by the Owner/General Manager while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations. The crew member reports to the Shift Leader/General Manager. Essential Functions Ø Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance with all local, state and federal regulations Ø Ensure knowledge, adherence and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures Ø Ensure the profitability of the business by operation shifts within established guidelines and requirements for food cost, labor, controllables, utilities and sales growth. Ø Be a Crew Member to consistently meet standards of superior customer service, quality and cleanliness while embracing the Firehouse Subs "Culture" of a cheerful and fun work environment. Team work and professionalism includes however, not limited to, no fraternization of any kind with other crew members. Ø Deliver operations excellence. Ø Assist the Management in coordinating and implementing current operations game plans and company initiatives in a profitable and timely manner. Ø “Be Ready”, “Be Focused”, “Be Here”!
