In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious menu items, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create memorable moments for every guest while supporting the smooth operation of our quick service restaurant.This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food preparation, sales, and hospitality within a fast-paced, fun atmosphere.Duties Prepare food items efficiently and accurately according to established recipes and safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and supporting kitchen operations during busy periods Manage time effectively to ensure quick service delivery while maintaining quality standards Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service & fast food restaurants Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transactions Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations for transactions and retail math tasks Knowledge of food safety procedures, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Experience in cashiering, upselling, and serving in a retail or grocery store environment is a plus Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting Basic kitchen experience or culinary background is advantageous for preparing menu items efficiently Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your energy makes a difference!
