Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team at a fast-paced quick service restaurant. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the efficient operation of our kitchen and front-of-house areas. You will be responsible for preparing food, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Duties Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, taking orders accurately and responding to inquiries. Operate our Toast system for processing transactions and managing orders. Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision, ensuring accurate cash handling practices. Assist in food preparation and cooking in accordance with food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation. Support other crew members as needed to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests. Requirements Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or similar environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills; retail math experience is a plus. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively. Strong communication skills with a focus on teamwork and customer service. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Willingness to learn new skills related to food handling, cash register operations, and customer service best practices.
