Duties Assist with food preparation and cooking Take customer orders and operate the POS system Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of food Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant Adhere to company policies and procedures Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred, but not required Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members Willingness to learn and follow food safety guidelines Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds Note: This is a general job description for a Crew Member position.
